CLICK & COLLECT INFORMATION

Once your Click & Collect order has placed you will receive an email confirmation including your order number. Your order will then be processed by our eCommerce team at the warehouse and delivered to the selected store.

Please allow our team 2-3 working days to process your order.

 

To avoid disappointment, please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received the second dispatch email stating that your order is ready for collection.

When collecting your parcel please ensure you have your email confirmation and proof of I.D. If you are unable to collect your parcel and wish for someone else to do so, please ensure that person collecting on your behalf has your email confirmation.

Q, How long will you store my parcel?

A, We store Click & Collects in-store for up to a month, at which point they are returned to the warehouse where a member of staff will be in touch regarding your options. (Please note any personalised items are non-refundable)

Q, I have been to store, they have told me my order isn’t ready. Why is this?

A, All Click & Collect orders are fulfilled by the e-commerce team at the warehouse and delivered into store. Please make sure you have received the second confirmation email stating your order is ready to collect before attempting collection. Our staff in-store are unable or fulfil orders.

Q, I have ordered Click & Collect but now want it delivering?

A, If you wish to change your Click & Collect location or have your parcel delivered, please contact us here.
