The Red and White Shop is available under the following Terms & Conditions. Please ensure that you agree with this before placing your order. Company No 6550400 VAT Number is 935 882 188. These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Placing an Order
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation, detailing your order details, and your contact details. We reserve the right to cancel an order, if payment authorisation is not obtained, or if an item is out of stock. In all cases we will contact you to make you aware of this.
Pricing and Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all product details, imagery and pricing on the website are up to date. However there may be occasions where the information available is inaccurate due to unforeseen circumstances. If an error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and enquire as to whether you wish to continue with your order.
Occasionally an item may be out of stock when you place your order. This is mainly due to the fact that we also maintain a retail store, so from time to time this may result in items being unavailable. In this instance, we will contact you to enquire as to whether you wish to wait for the item to be restocked, change your order, or cancel and receive a refund.
Season Ticket Discount
If you are a season ticket holder you may redeem your 10% discount online by entering your supporter number (printed on your season ticket) in the discount box at the checkout. Discount applies to any full priced item bought directly through The Red and White Shop except the following:
- Personalised gifts bought through third party sites.
- Items which are in a promotion.
- Match Day Programmes.
- Gift Vouchers.
- Any items which have been reduced in price from their original RRP.
All in stock orders will be despatched within the following time frames and will depend on which delivery service we use and what day and time you place the order.
For all UK deliveries using our APC signed for.
All orders which have been placed before 2.00pm will be dispatched the same day to arrive the following day before 4pm. Any orders after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following day. Any orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on the next working day before 4pm. Any orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day. This delivery service is used for small items which weigh up to a total of 1KG.
For all UK deliveries using our Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for.
All orders which have been placed before 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders after 3.00pm will be dispatched the following day. Any orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day. The delivery times for these items are two to three working days according to the Royal Mail’s guidelines.
For all International Orders.
As we use Royal Mail for all our international orders please see information on their website for delivery estimations. Please note that if ordered after 3.00pm (GMT) your item will not be sent until the next working day so please take this into account when working out your estimated delivery time.
You will assume responsibility for your order once the order has been delivered to you.
Pricing for delivery is as follows:
UK Small APC signed for/ UK Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for (depending on weight and dimensions your parcel will be sent by either of these methods): £5.00
UK Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - Bulky Items Medium Parcel: £8.00
Tax & Duties
All prices quoted on our site include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. For international orders, additional duty may be charged at the discretion of customs & excise of the destination country.
Returning your order
Returning your purchase to us is easy:
Please send the item you wish to return back to us here at The AESSEAL New York Stadium, along with a copy of your invoice, or a note containing your order number, contact details, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Printed kit items are non-returnable unless the printing is incorrect, or the item is faulty.

Returns can be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We may in some circumstances, allow returns outside this period, for example at Christmas which will be updated in these terms and conditions during the specified period.
Please return your product to us in unworn condition, in its original packaging, along with the returns slip, or a copy of your contact details. Failure to enclose a returns slip or contact details may result in a delay processing your refund/replacement.
Refunds will be made to the original card used for payment, and do not include the cost of initial shipping or return shipping, except in the case of a faulty product.
Please ensure that the returned item is adequately packaged, as we are cannot be held responsible for items which are damaged upon delivery to us.

Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order up to the time of despatch by calling us on 01709 827768. In the case of print orders, you may cancel your order if the item has not yet been printed.

The Red and White Shop may from time to time offer a price promotion on products in the form of a time limited discount, multibuy discount, or promotional code activated discount. These promotions may be run at any time for a limited period, and may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion. Promotional codes will only be valid for qualifying products, and for the specified time period. Season ticket discount will not be available on items included in a promotion.
