Season Ticket Discount

If you are a season ticket holder you may redeem your 10% discount online by entering your supporter number (printed on your season ticket) in the discount box at the checkout. Discount applies to any full priced item bought directly through The Red and White Shop except the following:


- Personalised gifts bought through third party sites.
- Items which are in a promotion.
- Match Day Programmes.
- Gift Vouchers.
- Any items which have been reduced in price from their original RRP.

How much does delivery cost?

UK Small APC Signed For/ UK Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (depending on weight and dimensions your parcel will be sent by either of these methods): £5.00

UK Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - Bulky Items Medium Parcel: £8.00

Europe: £20.00

Do you deliver to my country?

How long will my order take to arrive?

This will depend on which delivery service we use and what day and time you place the order.

For all UK deliveries using our APC Signed For.

All orders which have been placed before 2.00pm will be dispatched the same day to arrive the following day before 4pm. Any orders after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following day. Any orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on the next working day before 4pm. Any orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day. This delivery service is used for small items which weigh up to a total of 1KG.

For all UK deliveries using our Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

All orders which have been placed before 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders after 3.00pm will be dispatched the following day. Any orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday, including Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day. The delivery times for these items are two to three working days according to the Royal Mail’s guidelines.

For all International Orders.

As we use Royal Mail for all our international orders please see information on their website for delivery estimations. Please note that if ordered after 3.00pm (GMT) your item will not be sent until the next working day so please take this into account when working out your estimated delivery time.

How do I track my order?

If you would like a tracking number for your order, or you do not receive an email confirming your order, or have a query regarding your order please email supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net

What will happen if no one is in when my parcel is delivered?

Unless you have asked us to leave your parcel in a safe place, you should be left a card by Royal Mail or APC with details of who to ring or the address of your local depot where you should be able to collect your order from at the specified time on the card.

Please note you will need to take proof of ID and the card when collecting. Please Note: All orders will require someone to sign for your item or it will not be left. Please bear this in mind when using this service.

Can I collect my order?

If you use our FREE Click & Collect service you can collect your item after 24 hours of ordering. We aim to process orders as quick as we can upon receiving them during the working day. If you wish to collect your order within 24 hours of your order then please check with us to make sure your order is ready. When collecting please bring confirmation of your order. If you use one of our chargeable delivery services you will only be able to collect your order from your local depot if you miss your delivery slot and you have been left a card. You will need to take the card and ID to be able to collect it.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not happy with the product you have purchased you can return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase. To return simply bring your item to the Red and White Shop with your order confirmation or post it back to us with a covering letter explaining your reason for return.

The postal address for returns is as follows:

Please note you will be responsible for the postage costs in sending this back to us. If the item is faulty then we will refund the original postage price of sending the item out to you. If the return is for any other reason then the original postage will not be refunded. Items must be returned in their as new condition with the original packaging and swing tags in place otherwise they may be rejected.

If you have any queries regarding this please email supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net. A replacement item will be issued or a credit note for the value will be issued for you to spend in the Red and White Shop or online at shop.themillers.co.uk for purchases made in person. As per distance selling rules, any online orders being returned can be refunded.

What can I do if my order is incorrect, or there is an item missing from my order?

In the first instance please call us on 01709 827768 or email us at supporterservices@rotherhamunited.net and we will investigate why this has happened. We weigh our parcels so will be able to determine if an item has been omitted from a parcel.

All of our official replica shirts are available for personalisation.

The cost to personalise a shirt is £13. If you wish to add the sleeve patches to your replica kit then there is an additional charge of £6. If you wish to add the number to your shorts then this is charged at £5.

Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore, if a player changes his number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights).

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. If we do deem your choice of personalisation to be offensive or abusive we will contact you to discuss an alternative and this could delay the time it takes to dispatch your order regardless of the level of delivery purchased.

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous replica shirts. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. We cannot accept liability for any changes to players’ names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Washing Instructions

Please refer to the washing instruction in each of the items. In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees but do not wash within the first 24 hours of application. We also advise that these items are left to dry naturally. The use of heat from a radiator or tumble dryer can cause defects to any print applications on our garments. Do not wash within the first 24 hours of application.

Terms & Conditions

All FAQ’s, Sizing, delivery and personalisation terms found on this website are a formal part of these terms and conditions and can sometimes go into more detail than these terms. Please make sure you read and fully understand these before placing an order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Rotherham United Football Club, return it to us within 28 days in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange. We would advise that any returns are sent via recorded delivery as the Club cannot accept responsibility if the items are subsequently lost in the post.

Furthermore, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are deemed faulty. Items should be returned to the following address:

The Club endeavours to ensure that all items, descriptions and prices which appear online are up to date and accurate, however, errors may occur. If order cannot be fulfilled the customer will be notified via email, card details will be retaken and a refund processed.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange the following items unless they are deemed faulty: DVDs, Earrings, Personalised Goods and items specifically made to order.

Rotherham United Football Club reserves the right to refuse any shirt personalisation request which it considers offensive, insulting or abusive, should this occur the customer shall be notified via email.

Personalised shirts may only be returned if they are deemed faulty, therefore, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.

Furthermore, the Club is unable to accept responsibility if a player leaves or changes their squad number.

The Club aims to despatch all standard delivery orders as soon as possible with the goal of getting them to you within 2-5 working days for UK addresses, for offshore addresses please allow up to 10 working days. During busy periods our standard despatch and delivery times may be affected.
